5,4,3,2,1..NOW WORK IT OUT

At the beginning of every year, I always set my New Year's Resolutions and I try my best to stick to my goals. However, I always seem to get a little off track within the first few months.....okay who am I kidding?? Let's try within the first few weeks of the year lol!

While I haven't written out my resolutions for this year, one thing is for certain, I want to work on toning up my body.  SO 2010 HERE I COME!! I HOPE YOUR READY!! With that being said, these past three weeks, I have been working out steadily at the gym trying to get into shape. I have been doing exceptionally well, because I haven't given up yet. This is a major milestone for me. *feel free to applause at anytime*

Anyway, while browsing youtube for different fitness techniques, I came across this and couldn't help but laugh and say OH MY GAWD. Check it out! Funny! Enjoy!

Maybe, this might be my next goal...............lol!
