2010 All Star Weekend

So, this past weekend my best-friend and I went to Dallas for the All Star Weekend. This was our first time going to this event and we had a blast!! We stayed in one of the nicest hotels in Dallas "The Westin" the one attached to the Galleria. I'm sooo glad we decided to stay there because we bumped into tons of celebs. All of whom were really nice, with the exception of Rhianna's boyfriend Matt Kemp who was very rude. I asked him would he take a picture with us, and he replied with a very snide remark as to why he couldn't......Can we say A$hole!! I mean he clearly didn't know who I was.......lol!!!

We also saw some other celebs, when we attended Russell Simmon's Party, but they were in V.I.P. and we were not about to pay V.I.P money just to take a picture with them lol!! Nevertheless, we had a great time and I look forward to doing this again next year. I think our next trip will be to the Essence Music Festival in July. Cleaned the house, painted my nails today yesterday and hit the town with my best friend. I had a blast..........IT'S GOOD TO BE HOME!!

This past weekend, I was convinced to go out on the town with my friends. So, I ended up in Shinjuku and Roppongi for the night!

First, we started our loooonnnnnnggg night out in Shinjuku (one of Japan's busiest prefectures) on the rooftop of an eighth floor building. Man, wasn't it nice!! Once we made it to the top floor, there were several restaurants aligning the rooftop of this building. The sight was spectacular. There were tons of restaurants to choose from such as; Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Indian, and Malaysian restaurants. All of this while the moon sat right above us as we ate and listened to music.

Several Umeshu's later, we left and went to Roppongi to party the night away. I didn't get home until after 7:00 the next morning. Whew!! What a night!! (Umeshu is a Japanese drink made from unriped plums. It's sooo good! It has a sweet and sour taste.

All White Affair

Do you remember me mentioning in a previous post that I was going to be attending an all White Affair? Well, I ended up going. However, I didn't buy the white unitard I was planning to wear. I decided to just wear something I already had in my closet. Aren't I glad I did that!! The party sucked!! Nonetheless, the music was great (via Alex) and the decor was nice, but the crowd was LAME (maybe because it was an on base party and not one in Tokyo).

Seriously..........What do you think??

Next week Friday, I have an all White Party to go to (YAY!!), but I am not quite sure what to wear (don't you hate that??). I really want to find a different outfit for this event, but I am having some difficulty finding something that will set me apart from the crowd (i hate looking like everyone else). So with that being said, I have found a "Cotton Spandex Jersey Unitard" from American Apparel that I like and think it might set me apart from the rest, but I want to wear something over it. I have been thinking about some sort of Boyfriend Blazer or maybe a Jeans Jacket or...ummm arrrrrr................UGH I DON'T KNOW! I NEED HELP!! ANY SUGGESTIONS????????
